The Great Duck Dash - 14th March 2026  


This isn't just any race—it's a quacking good time for the whole family!

Picture this: a flotilla of vibrant rubber ducks racing down a winding river, all in the name of a fantastic cause.

This event promises laughter, excitement, and the chance to make a splash for a greater purpose and a chance of winning a great prize in support of Down Syndrome Kerry.

Adopt a rubber duck for the race, and you could be our lucky winner! Prizes await the fastest and most fortunate ducks.

The more ducks you adopt, the better your chances to win big!

The event will support Down Syndrome Kerry.

Killarney National Park - Deenagh

Cant be there in person? No problem, your duck(s) will race and winners will be contacted after the event.

The race start point is the bridge at the playground off Port Road.

Enter the national park opposite the St. Mary's Cathedral and follow the river to the right. 

The start point is about 5 minutes walk. 

No refunds or cancellations possible.

All ducks can race even if you cannot be there to cheer them on.
